Xparts User Guide

XPARTS is a user-friendly Vehicle-Part-Finder Service designed to help you find a part, or parts, for any make or model of car or light commercial vehicle built between 1975 and the present.

Using XPARTS to find parts for your vehicle will connect you with the services of over 300 Licensed Vehicle Dismantlers and parts Suppliers and the millions of used, refurbished and new vehicle parts they have in stock awaiting rapid despatch to you.

By E-mail

To use XPARTS On-Line Vehicle-Part-Finder Service simply complete the Part Request Form with as much detail as possible, then click on Send Request. Your request will be immediately passed to dealers who may have the parts in stock and will quickly contact you using the details you provide.

By telephone

XPARTS use a massive database of both Vehicle Dismantlers and Parts Available. As the list of available parts is constantly changing and updates are therefore often a few minutes behind real time, XPARTS will contact all dealers on its' database for an up to the minute stock position on vehicle parts it cannot locate immediately.

If XPARTS can immediately locate the parts you need they will either pass your details to the supplier, who will contact you shortly, or will provide contact details so that you may make your own arrangements.

In either case, you will be given a 'No obligation quote for the part(s) you require'.

All parts are guaranteed, (although it is always wise to confirm the terms of any guarantee offered) and can be sent, usually by carrier, to any destination, often on a Next-day Delivery service. Please check all details with the supplier.

Payments for Mail Order goods will be taken on your Credit/Debit card or by cheque or postal order although despatch of goods will not proceed until payment is confirmed.

XPARTS will send your Part Request details to a number of Licensed Vehicle Dismantlers and Parts Suppliers. PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP DETAILS OF ALL SUPPLIERS and CONFIRM DETAILS OF THE PART(S) ORDERED, AS FROM THE TIME THE SUPPLIER CONTACTS YOU, YOU WILL BE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THAT SUPPLIER AND NOT XPARTS.
